Free shipping on every order
Shipping is included in the price of every Gombi toy. There are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
Where we ship from
Every toy is hand-turned and packed in Channapatna, Karnataka, India, and shipped directly to you.
Processing time
Each toy is quality-checked before dispatch. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times (from order date)
- United Kingdom: 2–3 weeks
- United Arab Emirates: 2–3 weeks
- United States: 4–5 weeks
- Other countries: please email hello@gombitoys.com before ordering and we'll confirm the delivery time.
These are estimates. Occasional delays can happen in customs or with local carriers, especially during the holiday season. If your order is a gift for a specific date, please order early or write to us and we'll do our best to help.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by your local customs office or carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by Gombi, and are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us and we'll look into it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@gombitoys.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always try to help recover them.
